Bishop W.D. Burton

The Bible teaches that every Christian is called to “full time” Christian service, regardless of his or her vocation. We practice the truth that every believer is a minister by encouraging every member to find a place of service and ministry.
Since then, the Spirit of God has clearly testified of his Apostolic calling in the function of Apostle to the Province of Quebec and the country of Canada. This calling on His life has been demonstrated, tried and confirmed by a great cloud of witnesses. Indeed by the Grace of God, we earnestly seek the fullness of this divine calling and desire nothing more than to see a Spiritual awakening in the Country of Canada.

Within the Church of God he holds the following offices:

• Ordained Bishop within the Church of God (Cleveland, Tennessee)
• Apostleship calling at the Resurrection Center in Montreal, Quebec.
• State M.I.P. coordinator
• State CIMS Director for Quebec/Maritimes
• Ministerial Licensing Board for Quebec/Maritimes

He has lectured in denominational and non-denominational churches, hosted and ministered in revivals, leadership seminars, tent meetings and youth camps in Canada, United States, Jamaica and Guyana.

He has served on the National Youth Board and the Evangelism Board for the Church of God for several years. Having come from a Christian family background, Apostle Burton has been involved in ministry for most of his life.
